Section 5012.6 - Removal of Legal Disability

In the event that the legal disability is removed or a legal representative is appointed and no claim is made for the monies, and after the system has notified the individual or the legal representative of the existence of the "beneficiary savings account" and the balance thereof, the monies shall be treated in accordance with the provisions of section 531 of the Education Law.
