Section 5011.5 - Effective Period of Insurance

The New York State Teachers' Retirement System Member Group Life Insurance Plan, as established in accordance with Article 4-B of the Retirement and Social Security Law, shall remain in effect as long as the current favorable Internal Revenue Service rulings continue in full force.
