Part 5006 - Cessation of Membership

Section 5006.1 - Definitions as Used in Part 5006

(a) Service. Twenty days of service rendered on and after July 1, 1968 shall be equivalent to one year of service solely for the purpose of continuing membership.

(b) Year. A year means a school year beginning July 1st of one year and ending June 30th of the following year.
