Section 5002 - Credit for Prior/Previous Service 

Section 5002.5 - Method of Payment

Payments for prior/previous service must be made in multiples of one year except when less than one year of service has been rendered during the year claimed. Under no circumstances will credit for prior/previous service be granted until payment is made.
