That's the question serving as the entry point to the newly introduced Comment Corner at NYSTRS.org, the System's newest way for its key stakeholders to provide feedback. We strive to deliver first-rate customer service and the Comment Corner provides you the opportunity to let us know how we're doing and what we could do better.

Please share your experiences and comments by visiting www.nystrs.org and selecting the "What’s on Your Mind?" bubble from the left-hand menu. We ask for some demographic information right up front, but participation is voluntary. However, your responses would assist us in improving our service to targeted constituencies.
