For your information, we are providing you a copy of our most recent Administrative Bulletin which was sent in January to all Chief School Administrators and College and University Presidents. Since you have already received copies of the first three publications mentioned, we are enclosing only “A Retired Member’s Handbook” for you at this time.
As usual, additional copies of any of these publications are available upon request.

  Enclosed are the latest versions of several recently revised System publications.

• Comprehensive Annual Financial Report 1999.
• Compilation of Laws Covering NYSTRS 1999.
• A Member’s Handbook. All members received a copy of the handbook with their winter issue of Your Source mailed in mid-December 1999.
• A Retired Member’s Handbook. All retired members will receive this publication with their winter issue of Compact, mailed in late January 2000.

All of these publications, with the exception of our Compilation of Laws, are also available on our Web site at www.nystrs.org. Additional copies of these publications may be obtained upon request. However, due to the cost involved, our Comprehensive Annual Financial Report 1999 is available in limited numbers.
